WTOwas insufficient in solving many problems experienced in the world agricultural sector. Especially, because of enourmous subsidies towards agriculture sector of European Union, which affects the global policies, liberalization of world agricultural product trade was not successful, and distortion in agricultaral trade and unfair gains has arised. Therefore, in this study, the policies of WTO and their success have been investigated, and the comparative analysis of the agricultural policies of EU and Turkey has been made in the framework of WTO.
