Abstract:
In scope of this study which is titled “Psychomythological Terms: Use of Mythology in Psychology Literature†, the reflections of mythology, a system of symbols specific to human nature, on the psychological literature are examined. In this regard, firstly the mythology phenomenon is explained and the relationship between mythology and science is focused on. Then, the mythical elements that are commonly used in psychological literatureareexemplified.
