Abstract:
This study, which aims to investigate the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational learning values, includes the literature review about these constructs and an empirical research. The research has been conducted on the academicians who work for Faculties of Educational Sciences, Economics and Administrative Sciences, and Engineering and Architecture in Anadolu University and Eskisehir Osmangazi University. The results show that there some significant relationships between some dimensions of OCB and organizational learning values.
