Abstract: В данной статье рассмотрен международный опыт создания и функционирования «плохого банка» для понимания его влияния на экономику и финансовую систему, а также описаны потенциальные уроки для Казахстана. Наряду с этим был рассмотрен опыт Казахстана по созданию и функционированию фонда по управлению проблемными кредитами. // This paper looks into the international experience of establishing and running a “bad bank” to understand its impact on the economy and financial system, and describes potential lessons for Kazakhstan. Along with this, the experience of Kazakhstan in establishing and operating a fund for managing troubled loans was discussed.
