Abstract: Целью данной статьи является попытка измерения и предоставления объективной оценки уровня транспарентности Национального Банка Республики Казахстан с использованием распространенных в международной практике индексов. // The purpose of this paper is to make an attempt to measure and provide an unbiased assessment of the level of transparency of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan using indices that are common in the international practice.
