Abstract: В данной работе приведен обзор суверенных фондов благосостояния, входящих в Международный форум суверенных фондов (IFSWF), которые поддерживают принципы Сантьяго и применяют передовые международные практики. В частности, проведен анализ инвестиционных стратегий, а также сравнительный анализ подходов управления активами суверенных фондов – участников IFSWF и Национального фонда РК. На основе анализа представлены выводы, которые могут быть использованы для дальнейшего развития процесса управления активами Национального фонда РК. // This paper provides an overview of sovereign wealth funds included in the International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds (IFSWF), which support the principles of Santiago and apply the best international practices. In particular, an analysis of investment strategies was carried out, as well as a comparative analysis of asset management approaches of sovereign funds participating in IFSWF and the National Fund of Kazakhstan. Based on the analysis, conclusions are presented that can be used for further development of the asset management process of the National Fund of Kazakhstan.
