Abstract: This research investigates the current changes in Learning and Development (L&D) within international companies. Using existing data, the study highlights the growing importance of L&D in today’s fast-changing work world. The approach involves a detailed review of recent materials to get a full picture of L&D’s direction. While the findings are mostly based on this data, they give a clear view of where L&D stands now and where it might go in the future.
