Abstract: В статье представлен обзор международного опыта внедрения института первичных дилеров. Были изучены причины внедрения данного института, сопутствующие выгоды и недостатки, а также формат его функционирования. В статье рассмотрены основные обязательства и привилегии первичных дилеров, а также другие особенности функционирования института в разных странах. Приведены основные причины необходимости внедрения данного института на казахстанском рынке, а также описаны шаги Национального Банка и Министерства финансов в этом направлении. // The paper presents an overview of international experience in implementing the framework of primary dealers. The reasons for deploying this framework, the associated benefits and disadvantages, as well as the format of its functioning were studied. The paper examines the main obligations and privileges of primary dealers, as well as other features of the functioning of the institute in different countries. The main reasons for the need to deploy this framework in the Kazakh market are given, and the steps of the National Bank and the Ministry of Finance in this direction are described.
