Abstract: Целью данной статьи является анализ международного опыта создания национального фонда страхования от катастроф, вызванных стихийными бедствиями, и возможности его адаптации на отечественном страховом рынке. В статье рассматривается история, опыт внедрения и особенности работы механизма страхования последствий наступления стихийных бедствии фонда страхования от стихийных бедствий Турции. Также показан международный опыт страхования от природных катаклизмов в других странах и возможность адаптации обязательного страхования в отечественных условиях. // The purpose of this paper is to analyze the international experience of creating a national fund for insurance against catastrophes caused by natural disasters and the possibility of its adaptation in the domestic insurance market. The paper examines the history, experience of implementation and specifics of the insurance framework for protecting against the consequences of natural disasters of the Turkish Catastrophe Insurance Pool. It also shows the international experience of insurance against natural disasters in other countries and the possibility of adapting compulsory insurance in domestic conditions.
