Attitude of Prospective Teachers towards Profession- A Measure for Institutional Development

Abstract: The study made an attempt for exploring the attitude of prospective teachers towards profession. Institute of Education and Research, University of the Punjab Lahore and University of Education Lahore were taken as sample institutions. An attitude scale and personal information sheet were developed to collect the data. Findings reflected that students have positive attitude towards profession and joined profession devotedly and dedicatedly.
