(2,4- Dioxo-1,4 - Dihydro - 2h - Quinazolin - 3 - Yl) - Acetic Acid Hydrazide: Synthesis and Reactions

Abstract: Pyrimidines are fused heterocycles that are reported to have a wide variety of biological and pharmaceutical activities. Our study focused on the synthesis of series of quinazolindione derivatives which contain other heterocyclic moieties such as oxadiazole, diazole and triazole. The elucidation of the chemical structures of the newly compounds has been supported by their spectral and physical data.
