Juridical Tribune - Review of Comparative and International Law, 2013, vol. 3, issue 2, 282-288

Abstract: The scientific paper is structured to highlight the issues that define the need to establish the Tribunal. Thus, the second instance of the Court of Justice or the General Court was created under the workload of the Court had become incompatible with the requirements of the proper administration of justice. Utility setting is highlighted Court and proven in the paper, by analyzing the composition, organization, functioning and jurisdiction of the Court. EU Court is the first step towards diversifying the EU jurisdiction. This has entailed the redistribution of previous skills held by the Court of Justice of the European Union by the Court, while safeguarding its power of review.
