DIFFICULTIES REGARDING THE ABSORBTION OF STRUCTURAL AND COHESION FUNDS IN ROMANIA

Abstract: Cohesion and structural funds absorption in the EU is one of the most debated issues at hand in terms of macroeconomic management and financial development of the MS. This direction results in the development of funds and all the related structural and cohesion policies as to assure structural adjustment and harmonize operations by homogenizing and sustaining the economic standards of MS. Central national budgets have to mold and be structured in order to ensure the co-financing in the projects appliance and also the fine implementation of growth through fund allotment and absorption.
