Abstract: China is an important emerging country; has transferred from planned economy to market economy after strong and strict experience of communism, which is still reforming Chinese public companies. After 1979 China applied reform and open policy and become half communist and half capital society, since that time several decades of development China has achieved through making great successful on economy development, replied on strategic management. In this paper we will present briefly historical view on Chinese Strategic Management, which is considered as a significant realistic example for former communist countries around the world and certainly in Europe such countries as Romania.
