Abstract: The phenomenon related to drugs includes firstly the trafficking activity for drugs which comprises activities such cultivating, distributing, producing and selling drugs anywhere in the world. Drugs’ trafficking is a world phenomenon that affects each society turning currently into a business for large criminal organisations, a business affecting human lives first of all, and the fighting off this phenomenon encounters always difficulties in “exterminating” totally such organisations.
