Abstract: Abstract Institutions are combination of habits, moral rules, customs as well as national laws. They develop the gam rules of society. These rules influence different aspect of individual and group life and also increase and decrease society’s dimensions. One of the most important of institutional effect could be researched in development process on economic sectors. According to its place, this paper attained some important aspect of agricultural development include technology adoption and property rights and try to explain their relationships. The results indicated that sequence and improvement of institutions is important factor on improvement of agricultural development. So, recognition, make and extension of true institutions are appropriate to achieve high level of development. Also, fundamental like this paper can help to solution problems and policy making and programming in macro levels of economic.
