Abstract: The article first, provides a detailed overview of the housing deficit problems in Nigeria and the Government’s efforts at resolving them. The next section briefly conceptualises and reviews the various issues and challenges faced in addressing the housing deficit in Nigeria. The article then discusses the prospects for resolving the housing crisis in Nigeria.
