Abstract: Conducted research aims to identify variables with significant influence on the future movement of market stock prices. Since there is a significant number of studies with such a causal connection established at the macroeconomic level, the emphasis here was on establishing a functional relationship at the microeconomic level. For this purpose, a regression model was set with shares listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (the analyzed period from 2010 to 2013) where indicators of fundamental analysis, as well as their impact on the share price as the dependent variable, were determined. Out of the six independent variables included in the final model, the return on equity and the level of indebtedness have proven to be statistically most significant .
