Abstract:
The article presents the results of theoretical substantiation and empirical confirmation of the dynamics of the development of personal professionally important qualities of cadets at the stage of training in a military flight university. The data obtained in the course of empirical research and analysis of the professional and psychological development of cadets make it possible to find out how personal professionally important qualities change in the learning process, at what stage of training the cadets’ desire to consciously acquire professional knowledge and readiness to develop professionally important qualities increase. The research is carried out on the basis of systemic and personality-activity approaches. The practical significance lies in substantiating the possibility of correcting the educational process and psychological support based on the individual characteristics of cadets and their mental state, especially during periods of crisis in training. The results obtained in the course of the study, conclusions and recommendations formulated on their basis can be used to create psychological and pedagogical conditions for the early development of professionally important qualities of cadets of a military flight university.
