Abstract:
The activity of the employment service has not changed since the beginning of the administrative reform and for a long period of time has been a formal intermediary between people left without work and employers. This situation did not correspond to the active policy declared by the Government of the Russian Federation on the labor market and employment, which led to the reform of the employment service. Modern requirements of the citizen and society dictate the need to develop methods and methodologies for evaluating the activities of public institutions, including the quality of public services, but without in-depth research and analysis of compliance with the quality parameters of the work of public service bodies, services rendered directly by their recipients, and those who have evaluated these services, it is impossible to reform the activities of the employment service. The article presents the results of research based on surveys of recipients of public services in the field of employment.
