Abstract:
Constantly changing environmental conditions require forecasting the volatile expectations of supply chain counterparties. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to analyze and generalize the accumulated domestic and foreign experience, as well as the lack of theoretical elaboration on this issue. There is a problem of substantiation of tools focused on the transformation of business processes; it involves a deep revision and integration of all business processes in the field of supply chain modeling, contributing not only to the improvement of business processes but also to more radical changes associated with their transformation. The analysis of national and foreign works on this issue served as the methodological basis of the study, which allows, on the basis of tabular visualization, to summarize the results of research by a number of scientists. Theoretical studies of the transformation of business processes of supply chains based on supply chain management (SCM) and total quality management (TQM) have been carried out in order to improve them for the transformation of supply chains in Industry 4.0. It has been determined that the concepts of SCM and TQM are closely related to each other solving the problems of high-quality business processesapplication. At the same time, sustainability in supply chains plays an important role. The paper considers promising areas for searching for the formation of tools that allow you to successfully create added value for the end consumer in a dynamically changing environment of uncertainty, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of supply chains during digital transformation within the framework of the concepts of SCM, TQM.
