Study on Common Health Problems and Intervention Strategies in Elderly Communities Under Hainan Tropical Climate

Abstract: This study focuses on health issues in elderly communities within Hainan's tropical climate. Through field research and data analysis of selected senior neighborhoods, the paper identifies prevalent health challenges faced by older adults in this region and proposes targeted intervention strategies. The research aims to provide scientific evidence and practical guidance for improving health outcomes among elderly residents while enhancing community health management systems in Hainan. In addition, the study emphasizes the importance of considering climatic characteristics such as persistent high temperature, humidity, and seasonal weather fluctuations, which significantly affect the physical and psychological well-being of the elderly. By integrating environmental factors with health risk assessment, the findings are expected to contribute to more comprehensive community health policies, support preventive medical services, and strengthen long-term care mechanisms tailored to the needs of the aging population in tropical regions.
