Abstract:
Due to their capital-intensive nature, rigid safety constraints, and increasingly stringent regulatory and market environments, natural gas pipeline enterprises face complex and severe challenges in cost control. The traditional approach focusing solely on expense reduction is no longer sufficient. Based on the cost structure characteristics of natural gas pipeline enterprises, this paper analyzes in depth the dilemmas and challenges in cost control and proposes practical optimization strategies. The core of these strategies lies in achieving a balance among safety investment and cost efficiency, short-term cost reduction and long-term competitiveness, as well as technological innovation and expected returns. By integrating systematic thinking, innovative spirit, and lean management concepts throughout the entire cost management process, enterprises can effectively respond to market-oriented reforms and enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
