GBP Proceedings Series, 2025, vol. 13, 49-55

Abstract: Driven by the advancement of modern information technology, the financial industry has undergone significant transformations. The development of internet finance has profoundly reshaped financial ecosystems and operational frameworks, particularly with the rapid growth of internet-based enterprises emerging as a crucial force in the sector. This evolution has intensified the competitive-cooperative dynamics between traditional commercial banks and internet companies, becoming a focal point of academic and industry attention. Focusing on the competitive-cooperative relationship between commercial banks and internet enterprises within the context of internet finance, this study employs in-depth data analysis and real-world case studies to elucidate their competitive landscape and collaborative opportunities. The research reveals that well-designed competition-cooperation models can achieve complementary advantages, driving innovation and growth in financial markets. Strategic recommendations for fostering sustainable competition-cooperation are proposed, providing valuable references for ensuring the stability and sustainable development of the financial industry.
