Abstract:
An industrial cluster refers to a network of related enterprises in a specific industry that are concentrated in a certain area, forming a geographical proximity and a network where competition and cooperation coexist. Research on industrial clusters has expanded from defining their initial connotations to exploring their competitiveness. This paper focuses on the upgrade path of the intelligent home appliance industry cluster in Shandong Province. By deeply analyzing the current state of the intelligent home appliance industry in Shandong, this study integrates detailed data and empirical research to systematically explore the challenges and tests faced during the industrial upgrade. Based on these findings, a series of targeted upgrade strategies are proposed, aiming to provide solid theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable and healthy development of the intelligent home appliance industry cluster in Shandong Province. The research results indicate that by enhancing planning dissemination, establishing relevant institutions and funds, improving the integrity system, and setting up service platforms, the upgrade of the intelligent home appliance industry cluster in Shandong can be effectively promoted.
