Yilin Huang

GBP Proceedings Series, 2025, vol. 6, 57-62

Abstract: In the information age, big data has become a core support for strategic decision-making in enterprises and a key driver of innovation. Companies must deeply understand the significant value of big data and increase its application in operational management. Specifically, human resource management supported by big data technology should integrate big data with HR practices, conducting in-depth analysis and mining of HR data to provide comprehensive and continuous information support, thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of HR management. This paper analyzes relevant data to explore the current status and innovative strategies of big data in human resource performance management. The study finds that while big data technology has shown great potential in improving the accuracy and effectiveness of enterprise performance management, companies still face numerous challenges in practical applications. The paper proposes innovative strategies to provide theoretical and practical references for enhancing human resource performance management.
