Abstract:
With the transformation of traditional governance models, holistic governance, as a new theoretical perspective, offers an alternative analytical dimension and systematic framework that goes beyond traditional public administration theory, aiming to address increasingly complex public affairs in contemporary society. Therefore, exploring holistic governance is of significant academic and practical importance. This paper reviews the domestic and international research achievements and hotspots on the theory of holistic governance, with the aim of grasping the research trends and future development directions in this field to provide references for researchers in related areas and offer prospects for future research directions.
