Abstract:
This paper investigates effective strategies to enhance the learning quality of auditing preschoolers — children with hearing impairments — within the evolving framework of inclusive preschool education. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by these learners, the study adopts a multifaceted approach centered on the construction and optimization of resource rooms. First, it emphasizes the need to clearly define the role and pedagogical objectives of resource rooms as specialized yet integrative educational spaces that cater to the personalized cognitive, emotional, and social development needs of auditing preschoolers. Second, it advocates for comprehensive teacher training programs that deepen educators' theoretical understanding and practical competencies in inclusive pedagogy, special education, and individualized instruction. Third, the paper underscores the importance of creating stimulating, well-equipped, and adaptive learning environments that incorporate both traditional teaching tools and modern educational technologies. Finally, it highlights the vital role of collaboration among families, kindergartens, and community institutions in establishing a supportive educational ecosystem. By fostering meaningful home–school partnerships and leveraging community resources, resource rooms can extend learning beyond the classroom and promote greater social integration. Collectively, these strategies aim to construct a holistic, responsive, and equitable learning framework that not only improves academic outcomes but also advances the broader mission of inclusive early childhood education.
