Abstract: The purpose of this research is to nd the in uence of compensation, OCB and stress towards intentionto quit. Also this research is to nd whether the leadership style could moderate the relationship among the in uenceof compensition, OCB and stress towards intention to quit. The population is the whole employees who are working atPT. Hasta Karya Perdana, 58 people. The sample technique is using a census method where all population of 58 peopleare the respondents. The rst data processing is using multiple regression in order to nd out the partial compensation,OCB, and Stress towards Intention to Quit. While the second data processing is using residual test as a way to nd outwhether leadership style could moderate the relationship among the in uence of compensition, OCB and stress towardsintention to quit. The results of the partial test with multiple regression are showing that the compensation has nosigni cant e ect towards intention to quit, OCB shows that has no signi cant e ect towards Intention to Quit. Whereasthe result of residual test shows that leadership style is not moderating the relationship among compensation, OCB andstress towards intention to quit.
