Abstract:
The research conducted is the In uence of Transformational Leadership and Compensation to PsychologicalWell Being in Private Hospital Nurses in South Kalimantan Province. Private Hospitals registered in South KalimantanProvince, were RSU Suaka Insan, RS Islam, RS Puri Paramita, RS Mawar, RSK Bedah Siaga, Sari Mulia Hospital, MedicaCenter Hospital, Ceria Kandangan Hospital and Pertamina Hospital. Samples taken in this research are at 9 privatehospitals spread over 4 (four) districts/cities in South Kalimantan Province. The sample of this study is all employeeswho are hospital nurses using Slovin formula so that was obtained by 216 respondents. The sampling technique used wasTechnicque of Random Sampling, where 9 (nine) private hospitals in South Kalimantan Province were taken at randomfrom the respondents, then from all the names were given the numbers. Data collection was done using questionnairewhile data analysis using SPSS program. The test results prove Transformational Leadership has a signi cant e ect onPsychological Well Being partially with the in uence of 16.8% and Compensation signi cantly in uence PsychologicalWell Being partially with a big in uence 33.3%, while simultaneously Transformational Leadership and Compensationsigni cantly in uence Psychological Well Being with a big in uence of 21.9% while the rest of 78.1% is in uenced byother variables.
