Prioritisation strategies for leveraging a corporate real estate portfolio

Abstract:
This paper will serve as a tool for the corporate real estate (CRE) executive to use when reviewing their corporation's real-estate portfolio for optimisation. It will provide tools for analysing properties and reviewing how they are aligned into the overall business plan. Once alignment is determined, the reader will be able to provide options to their business partners/stakeholders on how to utilise the portfolio in achieving annual business plans, while focusing on gaining acceptance through collaboration. The CRE executive may then take the actions necessary to accomplish the agreed-upon goals.
