Corporate Real Estate Journal, 2015, vol. 4, issue 2, 147-155
Abstract:
Today's workplace has become more complex than ever before. The influx of millennials and the influence of ever-changing technology have altered how people work. Rather than resist this new wave of working, companies like Red Hat have embraced the changes to maximise their attraction and retention strategies and create highly engaging workforces, better bottom-line performance and more-productive associates. Welcome to the new age of the workplace where complexity is the norm and attraction and retention strategy is the game.
