Coworking and the disruption of the current corporate real estate model

Kay Sargent, Julia Cooper, Beate Mellwig and Margaret Mcdonald

Corporate Real Estate Journal, 2018, vol. 7, issue 3, 267-276

Abstract: In early 2016 HOK was asked a simple question by the UK Chapter of CoreNet: ‘Will coworking impact corporate real estate, and if so how?’ That question lead to a deep dive into coworking and the October 2016 release of the white paper ‘Coworking: A Corporate Real Estate Perspective’. The conclusion of the paper addressed the question at hand but also looked at what might lie ahead for the industry.
