Blockchain in corporate real estate

Abstract: This paper introduces Blockchain as a technology family more aptly designated as shared ledger technology. It describes generic fields of application such as agency problems. Then specific areas of application in real estate such as financial transactions and asset management are described. Finally experiences from projects in which the author participated are discussed.
