Abstract:
Finland and Finnish organisations have been coping well with the COVID-19 pandemic, when it comes to business continuity, economic effects and health issues. This paper shares some of the key learnings, context and practical ideas from Finnish companies and culture on how to thrive during moments of turmoil.
