Abstract: This paper reflects real-time client experiences, outlines challenges and opportunities that organisations are facing as the world emerges into a new normal and provides a lens for a peoplefirst strategy that supports real estate decisions and walks through industry-specific considerations. The Newmark Workplace Strategy and Human Experience team believes that starting with purpose and focusing first on how employees experience and are impacted by the workplace will drive organisational success through periods of uncertainty.
