Increasing revenue generation by improved customer flow and sale points: Dubai Duty Free

Abstract: Every retailer strives to have the most inviting shop possible. Customer flow is key to this. The customer needs to be engaged for every moment that they are in proximity to the retail outlet. This paper discusses how Dubai Duty Free deals with this challenge.
