Journal of Business Continuity & Emergency Planning, 2009, vol. 3, issue 4, 328-334
Abstract:
This paper takes a light-hearted look at two very dissimilar topics — losing weight and establishing a business continuity programme — and considers the similar challenges that must be overcome to ensure success. Both topics require buy-in by the participants, a disciplined approach, certified managers and planning techniques to keep the efforts on track.
