Engaging an army of planners: An eBay case study

Abstract: Although led by a central corporate group, continuity planning at eBay is conducted by a community of planners native to their own departments. True programme success requires the full participation of these planners. This paper presents a case study of eBay’s experience in achieving and maintaining planner engagement.
