Abstract:
This paper introduces the concepts of immunity and full-spectrum threats in the context of business continuity and resilience planning at a UK higher education institution. It also describes the approach taken by the University of Northampton to build a reliable response capability through behavioural change at strategic and operational levels. It is hoped that the experience and processes presented will enable readers to complement their thinking, planning and exercising.
