Abstract:
When an emergency occurs, organisations have a limited amount of time to respond before the consequences become increasingly worse. Implementing an effective emergency management notification system can help avoid potentially catastrophic outcomes. This paper provides recommendations for achieving buy-in from stakeholders as well as tips to properly implement, test, audit and improve results.
