Exercising cyber resilience: The Finnish experience

Abstract: Together, the Finnish National Emergency Supply Agency and Digipool are developing exercises to improve the nation’s cyber security. This paper provides examples of these exercises and explains how they contribute to companies’ emergency response and business continuity plans. The paper also describes how the model is being developed to further improve continuity and emergency planning in the area of cyber resilience.
