Hotel values in London 2012 and beyond

Abstract:
2012 was the year of the perfect marketing storm. What better publicity could the city of London secure than the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games? But now the party is over, will the guests disperse and demand for hotel rooms fall? Or will the trading performance of hotels, and therefore values, enjoy a longer period in the sun? This paper examines the state of London's hotel market and casts an eye over likely values for 2013.
