A ‘fabric first’ approach can really deliver sustainable homes

Abstract: The holy grail of sustainable construction, namely meeting SAP requirements with relatively small changes to construction methods at little or no extra cost, is now achievable. This paper outlines the solutions to achieving truly sustainable construction while tackling common issues such as thermal bridging.
