Applying the repairing covenant: The what, the why and the how

Abstract: This paper concentrates on the duties incumbent upon surveyors when preparing a dilapidations survey. It focuses on the differences in approach depending on the purpose of the survey, the duty of care incumbent, and to whom such duties are owed, and provides an update of legal developments in the area.
