Ombudsman complaints: Roof coverings

John Baguley

Journal of Building Survey, Appraisal & Valuation, 2017, vol. 6, issue 1, 7-10

Abstract: This is the latest in a series of papers by Ombudsman John Baguley about residential surveying complaints received and investigated by Ombudsman Services: Property. This paper looks deeper into complaints about roofs and also touches on the trail to follow and how doing this can lead to better, complete and holistic reporting. Ombudsman Services: Property is the RICS approved ombudsman scheme to handle complaints about RICS surveyors offering surveying services to domestic clients. It is also government approved to operate as an ombudsman scheme to investigate complaints about sales, lettings and managing agents.
