Abstract:
This paper examines the essential trends and current state of payments innovation in the UK to identify the markets with the greatest potential for future development of digital banking. The paper also describes the current environment for payments innovation in the UK, with particular reference to the newly established Payment Systems Regulator and the role of the Payments Strategy Forum.
