Abstract:
The World Wildlife Fund is an international conservation organisation with over 100 offices across the globe. This case study reviews challenges and solutions pertaining to the creation of workflows and policies to centralise photography and video acquisitions, and increase awareness about the value of digital asset management across stakeholders and cross-functional departments prior to the implementation of a new digital asset management platform at the organisation’s US headquarters.
