Abstract: This paper presents a framework to help organisations identify the kind of digital asset management solution they require to transform their digital business. It provides a case study to illustrate why Pandora decided to invest in digital asset management and how its approach helped to mature the company’s core business capability and support its strategic goals and objectives. The paper also details how Pandora applied the key concepts of business architecture to model its existing core capability, and then identify and analyse gaps in order to design the solution roadmap and develop a successful model.
