Abstract:
With social media activity at an all-time high and new social platforms emerging constantly, many marketers may be questioning the viability of e-mail as a marketing channel, the value of their proprietary database, and the level of investment they should be making in e-mail versus social channels. This comment puts the two channels in the ring to see which packs a more powerful punch. The winner takes the title and a purse from your marketing and technology budget.
